  • Poster presentations run from 10am-11am, and there is viewing time in the PM as well.

    • Standard size: 48 inches x 36 inches (landscape)

    • There are no specific design requirements, but please ensure your poster is easily readable with a clear message and logical layout. 

    • Please bring your poster with you to your event – spots are first come, first served.

  • The DFCM Conference is an annual conference hosted by the University of Toronto Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) that provides an opportunity for DFCM faculty members from across our sites and teaching practices to connect, network and learn from each other.

  • The theme of the conference is Primary Care in the Digital Era: Harnessing Technology and Social Influence. It will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, research presentations, interactive workshops, oral papers, a poster session, and networking opportunities.

  • We look forward to hosting our faculty members and learners at the Chestnut Conference Centre as we celebrate the academic endeavours of DFCM colleagues and consider what matters most in primary care, education and research and how we best serve our patients and our community.

  • The DFCM Conference is open to all DFCM faculty, residents, learners, staff, and alumni, as well as local and international friends of the department.

  • Registration is free for DFCM faculty members, learners and staff.

    Tickets are limited - secure your ticket today. Registration will close April 28, 2026 or earlier if tickets sell out.
